Subprocessor List

Sendvrel uses certain third-party subprocessors to assist in providing our services. A subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by Sendvrel, who has or potentially will have access to or process personal data (which may contain Customer Data). We require all subprocessors to satisfy strict security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements equivalent to those required of Sendvrel.

Provider: Authorized VPS/Infrastructure Partners Purpose: Core infrastructure hosting, compute, and encrypted storage. Data Processed: Account data, SMTP service data, temporary email queues, and metadata.

Provider: Razorpay Purpose: Secure subscription billing, invoicing, and payment processing. Data Processed: Transaction identifiers, billing information, payment status, and limited account identification. (Note: Sendvrel does not store full payment card numbers).
